Cedar-roam provides premium vehicle rental services for business and professional use throughout the United Kingdom. Services include executive sedan rental, luxury SUV rental, sports car rental, chauffeur-driven transport, airport transfers, and corporate event fleet coordination.

Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. Submission of a booking enquiry does not guarantee reservation confirmation. Our team will confirm availability within two hours of receiving your request during business hours.

Confirmed bookings require acceptance of our rental agreement and payment terms. Cancellation policies vary by service type and will be communicated during the booking confirmation process.

Eligibility Requirements

To rent vehicles from cedar-roam, you must:

• Be at least 25 years of age
• Hold a valid UK driving license or equivalent international permit
• Provide valid identification and payment information
• Meet insurance requirements as specified in the rental agreement

Payment Terms

Prices are stated in British Pounds Sterling and include comprehensive insurance coverage. Payment is required in advance unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. Additional charges may apply for services including but not limited to:

• Fuel replacement if vehicle is not returned with full tank
• Additional mileage beyond agreed limits
• Late return penalties
• Damage or cleaning fees

Vehicle Use and Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the vehicle in a responsible and lawful manner
• Comply with all traffic laws and regulations
• Not allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle
• Not use the vehicle for racing, towing, or off-road activities
• Return the vehicle in the same condition as received, normal wear excepted
• Report any accidents or damage immediately

Insurance and Liability

Comprehensive insurance coverage is included with all rentals. Coverage details and exclusions are specified in the rental agreement. You remain responsible for any damage or loss resulting from misuse, negligence, or violation of the rental agreement terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of cedar-roam or its content suppliers and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

You agree not to:
